Returns:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Most of our items are custom fabricated to order and not eligible for returns, non-custom decals are eligible as long as they have not been damaged.  If your decal return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label by email and some instructions for domestic orders. If a non-decal order return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved. Undeliverable orders are the responsibility of the customer (domestic and international) and subject to not being refunded. All orders must be received and inspected prior to refund consideration.

NOTE: Our items are hand crafted and may have inconsistencies in materials and color. This is normal and not grounds for a return or refund.

Undeliverable or Rejected Delivery:

The buyer is solely responsible to provide a verifiable address for delivery. If a package (international or domestic) cannot be delivered, due to a postal service determination or buyer rejecting delivery, refunds will not include shipping and a restocking fee will be applied (see below for rate).

Refunds:

If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method.  Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking:
There is a restocking fee of 25% on all orders.

Wrong or Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong item or it is was damaged during shipping, please email with 3-days of receipt. In the email, include photos of the item and damaged packaging so we can start a claim with the carrier. We’ll work with you to send a replacement item quickly.
